One positive aspect is the manager Andrea, she is very polite and tries to be helpful but ultimately is not knowledgeable and disorganized. The experience declines from there. The owner, and chief mechanic, is rude and not involved. The work was poor overall. It took a week to get a tune up and part replcement. Multiple daily phone calls were required to get a proper estimate, check if the work was done (no one will call you when your car is ready), and remind these folks repeatedly what work was to be done even though there was a clear list on the estimate. The service was expensive and there is no pride in the workmanship here, my car was filthy, with debris and used beverage cans in the car. To top it all off the part that was replaced didn't work and I was back the next day for them to properly connect it! These folks are the reason mechanics have a bad reputation. I would not recommend these folks to anyone. Go elsewhere.
