This company is the worst to deal with. I called just to get more information on how to dispute the account on my credit and the man on the telephone was extremley rude!!!! He doesn't even treat you with a tiny bit of courtesy. One can tell he really despises his job!!! I would suggest finding out who the owner of the company is and write a letter to get a more pleasant telephone operator. I tried asking for a manager or owner and the guy said ""good luck getting in touch with someone else, I'm the only one who answers the phone"". Its an awful institution. There are no good things to be said about this company, none at all!
