I have been on hold for OVER 30 minutes and continue to hear the automated voice, ""we appreciate your patience..."". I am trying to call to get delivery stopped but no one will answer me. I'm tired of picking this ""litter"" out of bushes and other areas of my yard. I guess I'll need to call the city of Joliet to complain because it's apparent, no one is going to answer this phone.
