As a woman, I have long dreaded the times when my vehicle needs service. I have always left feeling ripped off and talked down to. I was so pleasantly surprised when my recent service at IPM Auto Service was positive. I called and made an appointment for my 1998 Honda since the brakes were due and squeaking. The person who answered the phone was polite, professional and I made my appointment for two days later. I work early in the morning, so I dropped off my car the night before and slipped my key into their key drop. Another gentleman called me at about 10:00AM with a diagnosis and firm price for repair. He was nice, professional and took the time to carefully explain about another minor problem I was having with my car. No pressure to fix the minor issue, which I appreciated. They called to tell me the car was done at about 3:00. I picked it up soon after. The guy behind the counter, (Geoff I think) was very nice and professional. The mechanic that worked on my car also came in to explain about something on my car, and he was very clean-cut and professional also. The bill was clear and exactly what they said it would be. I came away feeling great about my experience and informed about my car. I am thrilled to have finally found someone I can trust.
