I have been going to this salon for approximately 20 years. In all those years I have seen many changes. This use to be a salon where I felt that they cared about my experience. Lately I have felt like just another number. If I wanted that experience I would go to Great Clips. I don't feel like I get the care or the service that is expected with the high prices that they are now charging. This salon use to be a ""non-tipping"" salon. They recently went to tipping, which I thought was wonderful! However, not only did they not notify their clientele that this was going to be an option, but I was informed by several of their employees that the owners are taking anywhere from 20% - 25% off the top BEFORE taxes of their employee's tips!!! I was told it was for MAINTENANCE FEES!!! WHAT B/S!!! When I tip my stylists and colorists I am tipping them!
