I have been to El Arriero a handful of times for lunch. In general, the food has always been very good, and very reasonably-priced. The ground beef, particularly in the enchiladas, is exceptionally moist and tender (melts in your mouth almost). I found that most everything other than the a la carta menu comes with beans in it, on it, or on the side (which is only good if you actually like beans). Many items do not come with tomatoes of any kind, so I found myself using salsa from the chips and salsa on several things.
Pros: authentic food, tastes homemade, cheap prices, fast seating, clean, well-lit
Cons: sometimes a little slow, not much variety on the menu
