I have been a resident of Settlers Gate for two years and I have had a lot of problems with the office workers. It seems as if a lot of the people that are being hired and fired do not have any management experience or customer service. I have been avoiding talking to the office people because they are very rude and none professional. I have got the worst customer service from someone name Ashley. I am moving because I don?t believe it is fair to us resident to be treated the way I have been treated by some of the people that works or worked in the office. The people of the office should be more considerate of the residents and make sure the tenants are happy rather than gossiping and acting as they are doing us a favor or making the person feel low by talking down to the person with a very bad attitude. I have always paid my rent on time and have tried to be a good tenant with a lot of patient but if you could investigate, it would be very good for your future business. more
