My family recently purchased a puppy from Pet City Pets. I just want to let people know that our puppy is wonderful. She is very healthy. We have had her checked by 2 different vets. She has NO parasites, NO kennel cough. The biggest issue we had with her was her ears needed to be cleaned. We visited the pet shop on 2 different occasions. Both times the puppies all looked well cared for and clean. Yes, the puppies do cry, whine, and bark... ( they ARE puppies!!! THEY do that!!!) especially when little kids are in the glass tapping and waving! The employees asked us to clean our hands between meeting dogs with sanitizer to prevent any possible contamination which is something the Michigan Humane Society does NOT do. They only encourage you to use it once on arrival and again when leaving. Also the customer service was outstanding. The staff was very knowledgable and eager to help us pick the right dog for our family since we have cats and a little girl. I couldn't have been happier and would recommend Pet City Pets to anyone.
