I called about a tree diagnosis and the West Michigan Tree Service took over the promiced week for the diagnosis and when I called them on it to ask for a reduction in price they said this is usual and that they were busy. This is not an excuse. If you have a tree that needs attention don't use them, the tree may die before they make it to your house.
