If Salon Ciao Bella was striving for good first impressions, they achieved their goal! When I checked for Salons in Round Rock, there were no comments for this salon on City Search yet, but I was intrigued by Tiffany's introduction saying she was proud to invite people to her new salon. This pride in ownership is evident the minute you walk in. The salon is has a great feel, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean.
Tiffany gave me a warm welcome, a relaxing shampoo with an unexpected neck massage, and a fantastic affordable cut , plus she answered all my questions about hair products with confidence, but without pressure. Having my brows waxed was like a little mini-spa experience with a nice private room to lay back and relax to the softly playing music. She was so gentle I never felt any discomfort!
I'd been going to my former salon for years. Although I was nervous about making a switch, I was tired of the rushed back to back appointments, spritzing the head with some water and ignoring the customers while talking with co-workers. What a different experience this was. I even received a thank you card for my business! I'm so glad I found Tiffany and Salon Ciao Bella, I'm recommending her salon to everyone I know!
