I am not a huge fan of Japanese food usually, but I tried Ippei and was highly impressed. They actually had a few vegetarian items on the menu which are delicious, especially the tempura vegetables. Very glad they are open for lunch time now! This is definitely one of the best decorated restaurants in Scottsdale. Great customer service and delicious food. Devine desserts also, my favorite was the chocolate cake. Try it out!
