My wife and I frequent Japanese steak houses. We found the Kani House an average experience. Soup ok, Salad dressing was not great (we like ginger dressing but not theirs), fried rice was very dry and bland, the filet was ok (a little tough not the best quality), the chicken was very good (taste and quality). The chef did a small show but was not seasoned. I do not discount the rating for this because they have to learn and improve their acts. They should confine these amateurs to lunch though.
