They charge $90/hour to do simple work on a Dodge truck -- which would be OK if they fixed the problem and didn't create more. After quoting $23 over the phone as an estimated cost, it jumped to $250 for a simple part installation on the steering wheel. It was another $250 to glue back on the side-view mirror and reattach the wire after someone maliciously broke it off. After picking up the car I find that the turn signals now do not work... obviously no one test drove it. Bottom line: find an independent repair service. Going to a dealer like this one is like giving them carte blanche to rip you off.
