We ordered three air conditioners to be delivered and installed.\r
The price was right for the units but they charged us $80 to install each unit which took all of five minutes.\r
The units were to be delivered one day and installed the next day.\r
The units were delivered to our apartment building and the installers came the next day..They brought up the three units and informed us that one of the units was the wrong size. They called the store to inform\r
them. One of the units they did install was missing the remote control and the instruction booklet.\r
Both units they did install were put in on an angle as if they were in such a hurry that they couldn't be bothered to straighten them out.\r
We called the store to find out what was being done about the third unit and the installers left without\r
telling us. The boxes and packing material were left strewn about the apartment.\r
The salesperson we dealt with originally was not in that day. The assistant manager (Lewis)\r
became so rude and insulting over the phone, telling me that I was a liar. That they did tell us they were leaving and that he would not talk to me anymore and hung up the phone. I tried to reach the store\r
numerous times and he repeatedly hung up the phone.\r
The installers left the incorrect unit downstairs and the building told me that they would not continue to store it.\r
I called the next day to speak with our salesperson (Marvin) and was left hanging on the phone. I called several more times and left messages the following day.\r
I then called American Express and told them not to honor the charge to Gringer.\r
These are not responsible people and couldnt care less about the customer once they get the order.\r
I have never written a bad review before, but would not want anyone to go throught this experience with them.
