I have been going to Great Face Cafe for the past 4 years and I was impressed..until Izuka (the shops owner) started to show her true colors. Not only was I a faithful custoemr who brought her business (at least 10 faithful clients all of which have found other places because of similar reasons) she NEVER showed her appreciation. Besides the fact that I never could get a standing appointment (even after being a consistent client), she would open late or schedule makeovers during her walk-in hours, making customers like myself who drive from the southside of Chicago wait an hour or more to get serviced. She is ALWAYS running behind schedule and if you are late (5 min) she will bumb your appointment...the bottom line is that she has HORRIBLE customer service skills and her attitude isn't all that great. If you are looking for a place to go where you don't feel appreciated as a customer then this is the place for you!
