I made the mistake of prepaying for a car detail when it was on ""special"". The sales person talked me into it and said I could bring my car back any time and it would take 3 hours for the detail. The first time I went back for the service they did not have time to do it. the second time they said they could do it and have it ready in five hours, I complained that I could not wait that long because I had to pick up my kids from school, then they promised it would be ready by 2 p.m. (this was at 9:30a.m. on a Monday) At 2p.m. it was not ready, at 2:25 I had to take the car with an incomplete detailing to pick up my kids from school. The worst part of all of this was their attitude. Unapologetic and unaccommodating, they acted like this was all my fault. Before this I was a regular customer there, mostly due to convenience. I will never go back again. more
