This cafe is informal: you order at the counter, and then they'll bring the food out. They use disposable plates (albeit the sturdy kind) and plastic forks, but the quality of food is better than at the crepe place on 3rd and Broadway. I really liked the crepe with spinach, egg and goat cheese--everything was fresh and tasty. The presentation of food is pretty--they put a little salad of field greens on top of the savory crepe. For comparison, that other ""French"" place uses frozen, not fresh spinach, and the presentation is pretty much absent, which makes a whole lot of difference.
Pros: tasty food, good presentation
Cons: no alcohol, disposable plates
