I returned to working out after a 10 year hiatus. I was very fortunate to have chosen Proper Form to help me get back into a healthy routine. For me working out has to be something I look forward to or I'll just find an excuse not to be there. My trainer Kathy Donnatto as well as the rest of the staff at Proper Form are happy and upbeat. In Fact ""no pain no gain"" may be true but they'll definately laugh you through the worst of it and you'll look forward to coming back for more. Did I mention you'll look great too!
