- The salesperson gave me an incorrect estimate (off by $3000 dollars), and then would not return my deposit when she gave me the true install figure.\r
- The installer failed to show up 3 times.\r
- After the windows were ""installed"", one did not open the entire way, and two others were not straight (2 windows side by side off by an inch). The head of install said ""the window will open in time"". It still does not open.\r
- Their idea of compensation for the installer not showing up 3 times was a $50 gift card (0.003% of the purchase price).\r
- They want to use my house as a training exercise for the installer that did not install the windows correctly the first time.\r

I would stay away from this company, especially in the Ashville and Richmond areas.
Pros: Quality department not bad to work with.
Cons: Actual install (showing up on time and windows working) is terrible.
