Propaganda is an awesome salon! Everyone is incredibly friendly and you might just be serenaded by the talented staff playing the guitar and singing. I have thick hair that tends towards the curly side and Scott cuts it better than anyone ever has. He thins it in a way I've never seen before and it always looks good from the day after it's cut to the day before it gets cut again! Scott also is very creative when you're ready for a change, but also listens closely so the change is just what you can handle and not too drastic! I drive about 15 miles to get my hair cut at Propaganda!
