Using floors to go has been the worst experience of my life. The no showed us twice, lost the laminate and wanted us to actually go back and pick out more, gave us the wrong laminate (re-scheduled a 3rd time) never gave us a call to confirm the install (they actually told us they dont call to confirm) and when they did finally show up, it was over 4 hours past the scheduled install time. I called Jason and he just didnt seem to care. He refused to give us ANY sort of refund and I was out 4 hours of personal time and had to use 12 hours of vacation due to missed wotk because of the no-shows and finally showing up late. My wife and I both work for large, major corporations and we will tell EVERYBODY we know NOT to use floors to go.
Cons: poor customer service, not reliable
