We explained our taste preferences in wine, her white and mine red, and the sommelier selected flights to suit our tastes. We went the distance and got the food pairings for the additional $20. Awesome. They serve small plates from the same kitchen as Public, so it's good eats as well. Well made and multi layered foods.\r
