Golf wise it is an average course that is almost cheap. They can special order from several several golf suppliers. Enjoy the good friendly service. Only the golfers can keep a course in great shape.
Pros: Not crowded during the week/weekend afternoons, great place to learn. SkyDivers a bonus.
Cons: Have had difficulty with greens Spring 07. Sand rare but hard.
