I should start by clarifying two things: first, I am a SoCal transplant and since the cost of living here is so much higher than where I am from, I tend to be picky about where I spend my ""me"" money. Second, I have not actually been to this salon - yet. I am finishing up a package at a salon near my apartment and have been calling around to see if I could find a salon with better customer service. I narrowed my search based on location and in addition to the salon I currently go to, there were two salons in my area: Tuscan Tan and one other that shall remain nameless but claims to be ""upscale"" and ""unique."" I called each salon and asked for package and single tan prices. The girl that answered the phone at Tuscan Tan gave me a complete run down of all the packages, single tan prices, and informed me of current specials. The girl at the other salon I called only gave me the single tan prices and when I asked for package prices again, she said ""it makes more sense if you just come in and look at them. It is too much information to give over the phone."" I thanked her for her time and hung up. I should have thanked her for making my decision an easy one - As soon as I finish out the remaining tans in my current package, I plan to head over to Tuscan Tan. :o)
