I have tried several salons and stylists in the Tri-Valley that have been disappointments for one reason or another, but Chris exceeded expectations in every way. When she works on my hair I feel she genuinely is happy I am there. She doesn't overbook, making me feel she is rushing through to get to the next person, and when she finishes I actually love the way my hair looks, and she explains how to get the look at home.
