I had my first experience at Bob's Volvo and Toyota this week. As a student I was alittle hesitant to go to a shop that I have never been to. To my surprise the staff at Bob's made me feel important and was very friendly and informative. I was offered a ride to the local bart stop, and even a ride at the end of the day. I left my car to have a no start diagnosis done. Within a couple of hours I received a phone call. I was informed of what the problem was and the reason that the part failed, once again very informative and willing to answer all of my questions. I took it upon myself to make a few phone calls and check prices at other local shops, and the dealer. Once again they surprised me with the best price and they were using factory parts.
