We bought a pool from here 2 years ago.This is the first pool we have ever owned. They were very helpful at the time with making the sale. The workers who put the pool up did a very good job. Since then we have have a few minor problems with some of the items we bought from there. Some were just cheap and didn't last very long. Others broke (brackets for ladder) because we were not given correct information on how to install. When we returned for help, we were talked down to as though we should have known better. I continued to shop here after that just because they were close to home. After having another problem with one of their products, they did not offer any help of an exchange or replacement. I cannot recommend this store, and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on
