I should have read these reviews prior to placing an order with them. When I spoke with them in the store and on the phone, they were quite nice and accomodating. However, when our delivery time got closer, they were a pain to deal with. Every time we called, they'd have to take our name and number, apparently our order number didn't mean much to them (they're living in the old world). Then on our delivery date, no delivery! We called and they informed us it had been moved to the day after and nobody had ever called us. Then on delivery day, they delivered the wrong model! Sheesh.\r

When we spoke with Lewis, the store manager, he apologized and was quite nice. But he stated the next earliest delivery would be the following week as they only deliver to Brooklyn from W-F. So we wait around, and on Wed, they deliver the right model but in the wrong color! Finally got delivery two days later and then another day for installation (as for some reason, they're the only company who can't deliver and install the same day). So we were put out 5 days waiting for them. \r

Definitely will not deal with them again. Some of their competitors are pricier, but I'll take service over hassles any day.\r

As an architect friend informed us, they're used to working with contractors and architects, so if a delivery is delayed, they just drop it off at the job site and it doesn't matter. They have absolutely no regard for consumers, regardless of how much money you spend.
