Do not believe their ads about family business, caring for their customers and all that. My wife and I have purchased many high end mattresses from them over the years and the one time we had a problem they not only refused to correct the problem, they ignored us completely. This place is ok for buying cheap stuff but don't expect any service and completely forget any warranty. We had to throw away a $900 mattress and buy elsewhere.
Cons: cheats, ignore you if there is a problem.
