Had an awful experience at Little Holly's recently. We waited for well over an hour for our food, meanwhile seeing people seated around us getting their food even though they were seated 30 minutes after us. All the while the staff totally ignored us, wouldnt even come back to refill our drinks while we waited.\r

After voicing our displeasure we got the run around trying to speak to the manager. I dont even think there is a manager the place is run so poorly. None of the staffed seemed to understand why we were upset that our food took 75 minutes to arrive, while all other table were being served. They actually told us we should ""be happy"". Their excuse for our poor service was that they were short staffed. I asked why being short staffed would cause them to serve people out of order, they could not grasp this concept. They honestly didnt understand why we were upset and were not willing to make things right.\r

I will not be returning, do yourself a favor and save yourself the hassle.
