I'm using South Bay due to a home warranty company NOT BY CHOICE. Everytime I call Rose answers ( I believe her name is Rose ) she is the rudest person I have ever experienced, she has a way of sounding as if she is doing me a favor by taking my call, she is clearly a person who enjoys being rude. It is very difficult to have a conversation with her, she knows everything, and cannot understand why we (as consumers) have questions. I guess being the owners sister affords her the ability do behave as she does. So if you have a choice, DO NOT call South Bay Appliance for service, unless of course you like verbal abuse.
Pros: Did not buy an appliance from them
Cons: Have to deal with them
