I would like to include my experience regarding South Bay Appliance. I am an insulin dependant diabetic and my refrigerator stopped working. I phoned several appliance service businesses and was unable to get ""same day service"" as they advertised. When I phoned South Bay Appliance, I was greeted with a friendly receptionist who was also compassionate about my immediate situation. The technician, Abel, was able to come out the same day and fixed my refrigerator on the spot. They made what could have been a very bad situation, ok.
