I recently had my birthday at Patio Loco and it was great. LeRoy, the owner, really goes all out to make people feel welcome. He came out of the kitchen, led a sing along and brought out a pastry with a candle in it. I highly recommend Patio Loco for any special occasion or just a regular Tuesday for great pitchers of Margaritas,
