My girlfriend went in there for fillings, they mis lead her into believing she was getting filling for her front teeth in white, which is covered fully by insurance. They told her the teeth numbers, and that she would have to pay. They did not offer a chart with which tooth corresponded with which number, so she assumed, since the appt. was for her front teeth, that that's what was being done, and that she was mistaken about her policy, but they ACTUALLY (without any direct notification) filled her rear teeth. We wrote a letter of complaint that they fradulently had us pay for something we thought we were getting. They have had three weeks, no response. I called back and the manager, Renee, actually HUNG UP ON ME. Granted I apparantly have no right (Hippa law or something) to talk about my girlfriend's problem, but she offered me NOTHING.
