Everything all the other reviews say is true, and worse. I used the service weekly - they billed me randomly (sometimes 5 times a month, sometimes 3, sometimes 6, so it was always difficult to tell if they were overcharging me). Last week, my cleaning crew stole $180 from my wallet! The company told me that technically they weren't responsible for any losses or damages claimed by their clients since they're a ""referral"" agency - that the maids themselves were the ones responsible for any and all damages! Furthermore, they admitted that they didn't even know one member of the cleaning crew that stole from me - apparently he was someone the ""main team member"" had just brought in to help and he hadn't even been interviewed by the company! Since then, I've insisted that until the matter gets resolved, I won't let any of their crews into my house. Not only has no one called me back to very what's being done about the matter or how or when my stolen cash will be returned, but today I was told that they would still bill me for my next cleaning visit (which is tomorrow) since I didn't cancel within 24 hours, despite the fact that I've been leaving messages and trying to call for days! In the meantime, I've had to cancel the credit card they were billing to ensure they can't charge me anymore, and as for my $180? I'm guessing that check isn't gonna be in the mail anytime soon. Do yourself a favor, lose this company's number.
