I don't ever plan on returning to Rosaline's. I have sensitive, acne-prone skin with hyperpigmentation and thought Rosaline's would be a good choice since they're supposed to specialize in diverse skin and pigmentation probs. Well, the type of facial that Rosaline herself insisted upon giving me only broke me out and the product samples that she insisted I use only further broke me out. I also found her to be quite condescending--she kept announcing every little problem with my skin as if I'm not already aware. The facial was not at all relaxing with her constantly leaving the room to answer the phone, eating over me, and at one point loudly blowing her nose too close to my face. Yuck!
