Wow. I had a totally different experience at Hiley Mazda in Arlington. The sales staff was very professional and knowledgable. No one has EVER presented a vehicle that way for me and took as much time. Harold, the internet manager, didn't pressure me at all. I also met the owner's kid, who manages the store. He sat and talked with us for a long time, and was very nice and professional. He even negotiated the deal for us. I thought that was great. I get my service work done there, and I've always had a great experience. Maybe the other folks caught them on a bad day. I definitely recommend them.
