This place did NOT live up to Westin standards. Elevators were broken for all three days, bed was not a typical Westin comfortable bed, warm water but not hot, toilet clogged, low water pressure, dirty shower, no ventilation in the bathroom, so the mirror fogged up like a Motel 6, and the fire alarm went off without explanation. \r
You should not have to walk up and down stairs from the 8th floor at a Westin. People got stuck in them as well. The staff didn't seem to care either. \r
I'm sure there are plenty of elevator maintenance personnel in Vegas, and this problem should have been addressed promptly. \r
Not up to Westin standards at all.
