She is very helpful, bright, and speaks 3 languages... She get's things done without complaint. She is a gem.... She does everything in the office its a wonder why she's got such a bad attitude. I know, I've been there now for 2 months as a patient. She's very caring about her patients.\r
She answer phones of about 1000 per day, she get all the medical records done when asked (doesn't need to be asked twice like her manager). The manager is the one with the attitude. The receptionist has to deal with 8 different doctors in this daily job..... \r
I'm very happy as a client there. If it wasn't for her, I'd be in the grave..... let me tell you this, she doesn't take things lying down as far as the other members in the office..but she is there to help, when asked with respect. So, let's all forgive her......
Pros: Receptionist getting everybody in, all at one time
Cons: Patients need to treat the receptionist with a little respect and stop screaming at her when they are mad about their own issues.
