Dr Tiemann is not personable nor does he agressively seek resolutions. He expects you to leave your animal for an exam. I explained that I am not going to do that and he canceled my pet's insurance. When I take my animal in for an exam I wait patiently so that I can be present. I do not want my pet in the very loud back room in a cage with other scared animals waiting on the Dr.to get around to looking at him. In addition, I live in the country and it takes me 45 minutes to get to the Clinic. I am not going to drive into the city and then drive home in the morning, to leave my animal there and drive another hour and a half at the end of the day. Dr Tiemann has NO REGARD for any one elses situation except his own. He does not breed trust or a relationship with clients. He did not aggressively seek solutions to my pet's low thyroid, he only wanted to schedule him for a tooth cleaning, which I did not feel my pet needed again so soon.
