Because of my experience with Green Valley Collision Center, I would not recommend them to anyone who expects good costumer service or quality work. I stopped leaving them messages because my calls were never returned. After two months of being told the car would be ready by the end of the week, the car was finally returned to me 2 months after the estimated completion date for reasons still unknown to me. When I finally did get my car back, the paint job had chips, they forgot to connect my third break light, the window tint was scratched and didn't match the other windows, and they failed to install a window correctly. This is not the quality of work I expect from professionals. When I tried getting reimburse for my rental, it took Green Valley Collision over a month to respond to my insurance agency with a valid reason on why the repair took so long. I have nothing pleasant to say about this business but the least I can do is share my experience with you guys.
Pros: nothing!
Cons: customer service, quality of repair, timeliness of repair, their closed on weekends!
