I have used Mile High for several years .. Until now.. They came to complete an aeration project on Monday of this week. The job was only completed 1/2 way. They said they were unable to get into the back yard. (They have been able to get into the back for the past three years) \r
The note said unable to complete service. No attempt to come back.\r

I called Mile High to reschedule I was told all the managers were in a meeting and they could not reschedule a service that has been ""complete"" No return phone call. I was put on hold and disconnected twice. Three days later I tried to call again. Once again all the managers were ""busy? Left a message. Once again no phone call back. \r
