I bought a new Frigidaire washer and dryer from Hudson App. Nothing cheep it is a front load washer and matching dryer, with good ratings. After delivery I noticed small things like they hooked up the cold and hot water on the wrong sides. And they charged me for a new cord for the dryer but used the old one. Management did refund after I called with no explanation about shoddy work. \r
A few months (3 or so) after the washer started to leak and shake violently. Repair is dispatched and says to use high efficiency detergent and smaller loads. Still leaks. Repair says don?t do small loads do big loads. Still leaks. Rant rave. Repair replaces the door and scratches the hinge (still scratched) on the new door. Leak stops after months of complaining.\r
Washer is leaking again in the same way and I am told it is out of warrantee. I complain that this is a pre existing condition. We argue and mostly I am told prove anything I said was true, I have all the emails etc. Bully tactics and bad business. Buyer Beware.\r
