I run the network at my office and we have used many different support services for our computer network over the years. Most got too busy to help when we needed it and when I need help, it is usually an emergency. Also they either were not capable or willing to provide alternate solutions to problems. We changed over to IT Portfolio about 4 years ago and since we have been using IT Portfolio we have had nothing but success. They helped setup our new server when we got it, they also provided an inexpensive solution for backup that is not only more reliable but also faster than tape drives. They are truly a top notch organization. I highly recommend them for anybody that needs any type of computer work done. Some of our clients call me and ask for my help, if I can help I do, but if they need on-site service or more time than I can give them, I pass them onto IT Portfolio. I wish more companies provided the customer service ans support that IT Portfolio does.
