I had a wonderful first time experience today! I've been to the same hairdresser for 5 years and was ready for a change. I went in and introduced myself about 2 days ago. I was greeted with a smile and friendly greeting and was offered help immediately. I explained this would be my first visit and I was a little nervous. I was given an appointment with David for 2 days later. David spent much time with me before jumping into my hair. He talked with me about my face shape and the qualities and condition of my hair and made recommendations. Then, on to the hair wash! An experience all its own! I left feeling confident, comfortable and ready for my next appointment. The surroundings were fun and upbeat. There was every kind of hairdresser and every kind of client.
