First time to stay in a Doubletree Hotel. My husband and I wanted a night away from our 3 mo. old to reconnect. We stayed on a Saturday night and requested the romance package. We were served chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of champagne upon check-in. We were placed in a corner room overlooking Dallas and were treated to their comfortable king sized bed. We also enjoyed breakfast in bed the following morning (also included in the package). I thought this package was a great deal (around $20 more than a regular room). We would do this again!
Pros: Great view, comfortable bed, great amenities
Cons: I don't think I'd call it ""luxurious"", but was very nice and comfortable.
