I don't think they could be talking about the same company. Mike showed up (when no one else did), gave me a price, and shook my hand. His staff came on the day they scheduled for. They removed a large maple, and pruned several other trees. They even raked up the chips. I couldn't have been happier. I've even recommended them to the association I live in. CALL THEM!
