Sit at the Sushi bar and strike up a conversation with the Sushi Chefs. Ask what specials they have that are not on the menu. Try the different varations of cerviche (last time with red snapper, before that crab). Ask for the Rainbow Dragon roll or the Ocean drive rolls. Awesome! Spicy Crawfish salad on mixed greens are excellent @ $6. Great menu, nice wine list. Best in NW burbs.
