Alright, to set the record straight from previous reviews, this is a chain based in Cincinnatti, although the ice cream for Louisville is made here at the Springhurst location. There are 7 franchised stores in Louisville, and I usually frequent the Hurstbourne Lane location, next to Barnes & Noble. The ice cream is uber yummy! There are over 20 flavors, including the sorbets. The Black Raspberry Chip ice cream is the most popular one, and you can try it and any other flavor you like. Just ask for a sample (yes, they are free!). My other favorites include the Coconut Chip, Peanut Butter Chip, Chocolate Coconut Almond Fudge, and Toffee Chip. I notice that others are ""gaga"" about their Peach, Peppermint, and Prailines and Cream ice creams, which are seasonal.
