I too have dined at both the Cosmopolitan and now Bistro 64. While I agree that the menu used to be very similar(before the Chef change), I completely disagree that it is now ""boring."" On my last 2 visits, I have had escargot (for the first time and it was great), fois gras, scallops and lamb. Everything I have had to eat has been tremendous and the service is always excellent. If you have dined in Cary recently you will probably agree that the Bistro is head and shoulders above any other offerings we have.
